FAQ's on Bringing in Your Trade

It’s important for us to walk around and drive your vehicle to give it an accurate evaluation, including mechanical condition, options, interior and exterior, mileage, year, make and model.
Consumers have a large role in determining a car’s value. For example, when gas prices are at a premium, fuel-efficient vehicles are in higher demand and sell for higher prices.

What To Bring When I Drop Off My Vehicle?
1. Your car’s title or payoff information and all titleholders should plan to be present. (If any person listed on the title cannot make it, we may be able to accept a Power of Attorney.)
2. Valid current registration to confirm ownership.
4. All keys, remote(s) and manuals. If original keys or remotes are missing, it may result in an offer adjustment.
5. Service repair records.
