FAQ's on Bringing in Your Trade

Will I get a good price for my trade?

It’s important for us to see your traded vehicle in person to give you an accurate offer. We work hard to give you a fair price on your trade. Our calculation includes multiple sources that affect used car pricing:

Vehicle details.

It’s important for us to walk around and drive your vehicle to give it an accurate evaluation, including mechanical condition, options, interior and exterior, mileage, year, make and model.

Supply and demand.

Consumers have a large role in determining a car’s value. For example, when gas prices are at a premium, fuel-efficient vehicles are in higher demand and sell for higher prices.

Historical trends.

Historically, some cars hold their value and are in higher demand than others. Similarly, sometimes transaction prices for vehicles steadily increase over time, making those cars a more sought after commodity.

Local market influences.

We look at comparable vehicle sales in our area – this information may include dealer sales data, auction prices, and private seller prices from local advertisements.
